The Director, Workday Configurations - Research Admin leads the configuration and maintenance of Workday, partnering with Functional leaders to design and align business needs with system functionality. The incumbent ensures compliance with Security policies, resources are aligned to strategic goals, and there is an in-depth internal knowledge of the system and its functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Research Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research administration systems, preferably Workday
- Experience leading complex research system implementations
- Advanced Workday configuration for research modules
- Strategic planning and regulatory compliance expertise
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement
