Campus Safety Supervisor

The University of Mount Saint Vincent is seeking a Campus Safety Supervisor. This role oversees all uniformed safety officers, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and a secure campus environment. It involves supervising officers, responding to incidents, and collaborating with departments to promote safety and well-being. The position offers full-time work with variable scheduling.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1–3 years of supervisory experience in security or related field
• NYS Certified Security Guard License
• Fire Guard (F-04) certifications required
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and incident reporting systems
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and be on-call
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• CPR training and First Aid preferred
