Requirements

• Master’s degree in Sociology required; doctorate preferred
• Enthusiasm for undergraduate teaching and active-learning methods
• Commitment to engaging a diverse student population
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Creative and proactive problem solver
• HEOP experience preferred
