Requirements
- Hold a Master of Science degree in the field of Nursing (doctorate preferred)
- Hold a current and unrestricted APRN license in the state of KY or be willing to apply for licensure in the state of KY.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years as an APRN.
- National certification in Family Practice.
- Demonstrate a history of employee excellence.
