Lifeguard

Boar's Head Resort is now accepting applications for seasonal Lifeguards to join our Sports Club team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for enforcing all pool policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all members and guests.

Requirements

• Provide pool surveillance with 100% attention across different pools and locations.
• Enforce all policies and procedures described in the Aquatics Staff Manual.
• Play a key role in implementing the Emergency Action Plan when required.
• Document all incidents on appropriate incident report forms.
• Maintain good communication with all staff members.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests according to 4 Diamond Service Expectations.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding facility.
• Arrive on-time, ready and dressed appropriately for each shift.
