Job Description
This Residence Head Host role is responsible for all aspects of Birdwood Mansion operations, including guest interactions, revenue maximization, and adherence to standards. They will oversee schedules, coaching, and guest preparation, ensuring a high-quality dining experience. This position requires proactive leadership and collaboration with Boar’s Head Resort.
Requirements
- 5-year minimum management or supervisory experience in Hotel, Food and beverage fine dining and banquet.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
- Creative and approachable personality
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
- High standards of personal grooming
- Strong desire for excellent guest service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and holidays
