Clinical Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the Clinical Administrative Assistant position in our medical office environment. This role will involve greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling surgeries, and handling various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a medical office environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of AthenaHealth (formerly GE-Centricity) practice management software, timekeeping software, and EHR packages
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Physicians and all co-workers
• Adheres to all HIPAA privacy and security regulations and guidelines
• Aware of and complies with all OSHA standards and guidelines
