Requirements

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in student housing operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management, business, or related field
• Strong sense of accountability
• Creative approach to leasing, marketing and problem-solving
• Comfort with budgets, analytics, and Entrata or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead with composure and clarity through high-volume, fast-paced periods
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends during peak times
