Job Description
The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of a student housing property in Tempe, AZ. The position involves performing various tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, and minor landscaping duties.
Requirements
- Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors
- Cleaning and monitoring trash receptacle locations on property
- Cleaning all amenity areas including the clubhouse, model apartment, pool, sport courts, and restrooms
- Clearing and removing debris from community grounds, breezeways, and amenity areas
- Completing and assisting with minor work orders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
