Account Manager (Brazil)

Unlimit, a global fintech powerhouse, is seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Brazil office. This role is responsible for handling merchant and customer relations, acting as a key person in the region and part of the Account Management global team. The ideal candidate will manage leads, build relationships with merchants, drive portfolio growth, and provide feedback to the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, customer support, sales, or business development in the payments/card acquiring industry.
• Senior or team lead experience would be considered an advantage.
• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently, find solutions to complex challenges, possess strong organizational skills, and time management skills.
• Proficient English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
