Job Description

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management or client services
- 4+ years’ experience leading account services team(s) across a matrixed organization
- Experience developing and executing omnichannel campaigns
- Healthcare or Behavioral Health industry experience is a plus
- Digital transformation or website development experience is a plus
- Strong client presentation and interpersonal team skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
