- Align system configuration with agency processes, client deliverable timelines, and healthcare compliance standards
- Design and maintain project templates, workflows, custom forms, and request queues
- Integrate Workfront with related platforms
- Conduct regular audits, testing, and maintenance
- Design standardized workflows that support omnichannel marketing deliverables
- Define and enforce governance standards for project setup, naming conventions, and reporting consistency
- Support change management processes
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for all users
- Develop and deliver training sessions
- Maintain updated documentation, SOPs, and onboarding materials
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support leadership with performance analytics
- Ensure all platform configurations and data handling practices comply with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards
