Requirements

• Manage, optimize, and scale the Workfront platform
• Align system configuration with agency processes, client deliverable timelines, and healthcare compliance standards
• Design and maintain project templates, workflows, custom forms, and request queues
• Integrate Workfront with related platforms
• Conduct regular audits, testing, and maintenance
• Design standardized workflows that support omnichannel marketing deliverables
• Define and enforce governance standards for project setup, naming conventions, and reporting consistency
• Support change management processes
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for all users
• Develop and deliver training sessions
• Maintain updated documentation, SOPs, and onboarding materials
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Support leadership with performance analytics
• Ensure all platform configurations and data handling practices comply with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards
