Senior Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of exceptional engineers building and scaling Unstructured's core data and infrastructure systems. You'll be a technical leader and execution driver, responsible for driving technical excellence, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Deep fluency in Python and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Track record of shipping and operating complex production systems
• Experience establishing scalable delivery processes and engineering best practices
• Exceptional communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
