Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in P&C management with a focus on business partnering and recruiting, as well as several years of experience in a leadership role.
- Funded knowledge in recruiting strategies, talent management, and organizational development.
- Experience in steering and developing P&C processes, tools, and interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and advisory skills in dealing with managers and employees.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational implementation.
- Confident appearance, decision-making competence, and pleasure in driving topics forward.
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing.
