Job Description
As Head of Operations AgriFood, you will shape the operational success of our Venture Lab in Weihenstephan. Your responsibilities include organizing and operationalizing all activities, steering programs and projects, building efficient processes, and supporting startups in operational implementation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in operations, project, or program management
- Strong organizational talent with a hands-on mindset
- Background in agricultural, food, or biotechnology and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to motivate and network teams, partners, and startups for common goals
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
