XPRENEURS: Internship (m/f/d) - Startup Operations & Ecosystem Support

XPRENEURS is UnternehmerTUM's incubator for high-tech startups. The working student - Startup Incubation role supports the XPRENEURS team with practical preparations, program platform management, event management, and community management for the three-month incubator program and various other accelerator programs.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, innovation management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Solid communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems.
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
