Regional Process Engineering Manager - IMEA

Requirements

• 10-15 years of batch/ chemical manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge of hot melt and water-based adhesives
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization using Lean tools
• Experience in process safety methodologies
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others
