Uplight is seeking a Technical Project Manager to execute and deliver projects for utility clients, ensuring timely and within scope delivery.
Requirements
- 5 years of Project / Program Management with leadership experience including 3 or more years leading complex SaaS projects
- Exceptional project management skills; experience delivering projects for electric utilities, energy-as-a-service providers, or other energy projects is a strong plus
- Strong electricity industry knowledge is expected; knowledge of demand response, stationary battery storage, electric vehicles and / or virtual power plants is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for C-suite audiences; ability to track and report on key project metrics, relationship to business objectives, and other success criteria in a clear and compelling manner
- Experience driving cross-functional product and engineering teams and collaborating with external partners
- Strong problem solving skills to proactively identify issues, interdependencies, and solutions
- BS/MS/PhD in engineering/science or equivalent work experience
