Job Description
Uprite Services is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to lead and execute technical projects and resolve complex Level 3 support issues. The role requires strong documentation, client communication, and cross-team collaboration skills. The successful candidate will participate in on-call rotations and support the service desk during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 8+ Years of experience in Information Technology or related field
- 4+ Years of experience in End User Support
- Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to occasionally travel to client sites as needed
