We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our Customer Service department at Koropi. Main responsibilities include handling incoming calls, providing quality telephone customer service, and working at the Customers Reception Desk. Qualifications include prior experience in customer service, computer skills, and fluency in Greek and English.

- Prior experience in customer service
- Computer skills (CRM systems) and ability to use office equipment
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Patience, friendly approach, and can-do attitude
- Problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures
