Operations Associate m/w/d position at a Fortune Global 500 organization. Job involves ensuring efficient use of packaging and supplies, managing shipments, and handling dry ice. Qualifications include experience with operating systems and SOP's, cold chain management, and data entry into TMS.
Requirements
- Understanding operating systems (Maestro) and SOP's
- Experience with cold chain management / handling of dry ice
- Demonstrated ability to properly label shipments (weight, contents, orientation, overpack etc.)
- Airline booking procedures
- Data entry into TMS
- Ability to be flexible with shift hour coverage
- Forklift certification desired
- Dispatch experience desired
