Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Backend development with experience in Generative AI (GenAI), located in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building APIs, services, integrations, prompt engineering, and chatbots and AI-related assistants, primarily using Python with any AI framework (e.g., LangChain, LiteLLM, or custom).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Extensive experience with Python.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI applications (e.g., assistants) using LLMs.
- Experience with RAG implementations and prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with any AI Agentic framework.
- Familiarity with MCP.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Understanding of security best practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and IaC.
