Job Description
Upstart is a leading AI lending marketplace partnering with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit, with over 80% of borrowers approved instantly. The Analyst position at the Credit Analytics team will focus on the risk capital program, supporting performance analysis and driving strategic decisions. The team leverages AI/ML to enhance the lending platform and supports the company's multi-product growth.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience with demonstrated growth in technology and financial industry
- Experience in credit analytics, valuation, and/or quantitative financial model development with Python, R, & SQL
- Experience in decisioning supported by large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, & Redshift
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science or other quantitative field
