Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Payments and Experience

Upstart is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Payments and Experience to lead a team of 12+ engineers and drive the technical strategy for borrower payments and servicing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of software engineering experience, 4-7 years in engineering management roles, and deep technical expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and systems design.
