User Experience Designer/User Interface Designer (m/w/d)

You will be the interface between IT and Marketing as a User Experience Designer/User Interface Designer (m/w/d). You will use your creativity and technical understanding to design websites and work closely with our developers.

Your tasks

• Drive interdisciplinary projects with iterative UCD (User-centered Design) design methods and tools (e.g. in-depth interviews and workshops).
• Define the key use cases and scenarios and communicate these through User Journeys, Service Blueprints, Personas, and Storyboards to the Product Manager.
• Responsible for visualizing and communicating new potential concepts.
• Transform the needs and expectations of users into refined design proposals.
• Work closely with our software developers and product managers.

Your profile

• Have an academic degree, ideally in the field of UX/Interaction Design or bring a similar relevant education.
• Bring first knowledge in the fields of User Experience, User-Flow-Mapping, and Pain Point Analysis.
• Have experience in working with user-centered design approaches that work with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Have ideal knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar programs.
• Are familiar with SCRUM and KANBAN.
• Have knowledge of CSS/HTML as a plus.
• Bring practice or work experience.
• Have a self-assured and sympathetic appearance.
• Stand for a well-groomed appearance.
