Lead Product Designer-Design Systems

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design excellence across our fintech experiences. This role involves owning end-to-end design, building and evolving a scalable design system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in consumer-tech, fintech, or large-scale platforms
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and hands-on execution of complex products
• Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and design system management
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility, and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-directed, adaptable, and energized by solving ambiguous problems
