Job Description
Upstox is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape the user experience of their website, influencing how users interact with their products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs, maintain design consistency, and drive innovation. This position is crucial in building a user-friendly, reliable platform for financial empowerment in India.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HCI, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual design, UX, and digital product design.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced in Agile methodology and data-informed product development.
