Job Description
Upstream is seeking a passionate and ambitious Account Manager to build and manage client relationships in Casablanca, Morocco. The role focuses on achieving account targets, implementing account plans, and collaborating with internal resources to provide excellent service and drive revenue growth. This is an ideal position for a high-potential individual with a blend of commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, telecoms, or information technology
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a numerate discipline
- Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Results-driven
- Tech-savvy
- Business development or account management experience (a plus)
- Understanding of Telco industry (VAS, Mobile advertising etc.)
- Marketing thinking
- Experience with budget management and cost control (a plus)
