Job Description
Uptalent is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage financial records for a growing real estate investment company. The role involves managing QuickBooks, preparing financial reports, providing accurate accounting and payment authorizations, and assisting with construction cost tracking. This position is key to supporting ongoing project accounting and financial processes within a rapidly expanding real estate firm.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare and update custom financial reports
- Assist with construction cost tracking
- Collaborate with team on project-level activities
