Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate sales opportunities for our U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing using channels like phone, email, and social media. Successful SDRs consistently meet or exceed activity goals and thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.
Requirements
- Proven SDR/BDR experience in the U.S. market (2+ years)
- U.S.-based business knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
