Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to build and manage an end-to-end recruitment pipeline, engage passive and active candidates, and streamline hiring processes. The role involves pipeline creation, candidate engagement, HR optimization, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. This position is a key role in contributing to the growth of the HR department and potentially establishing a new hiring function.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record building & maintaining proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines
- Hands‑on rapid‑response hiring
- Demonstrated negotiation success
- KPI‑driven mindset
- Skills & Competencies: Entrepreneurial autonomy, Advanced sourcing, Empathy & persuasion, Gut‑feel screening, AI literacy, Data‑orientation, Negotiation finesse, Rapid learning agility, Fluent English
- Experience with Boolean, social recruiting, and community outreach
