Corporate Actions Manager (f/m/d)

We're looking for a Corporate Actions Manager to oversee the processing of events that impact securities held by investors. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely execution of corporate actions, while safeguarding shareholder interests and maintaining client trust.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of corporate actions/income experience
• Strong understanding of corporate actions/income events as well as financial products
• High level of English, German is a strong advantage
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent understanding of all corporate actions subprocesses - information management, notifications management, instructions management and processing
• Excellent in handling MS Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance/economics
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. Bloomberg, SWIFT, WM-Daten)
