Job Description
As the Head of Risk, you will lead the development and execution of a robust risk framework to ensure compliance with BaFin and FCA standards, and safeguard our assets and scale our risk infrastructure as we expand our footprint in the investment landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in risk management within fintech or financial services
- Comprehensive understanding of BaFin and FCA regulatory frameworks, including ICAAP, ILAAP, and ICARA
- Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
