Anthropologie Associate Designer - Structured Wovens

Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Designer to help execute the company's seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and overall themes. This role focuses on interpreting fashion direction, developing assortment, managing trim packages, and coordinating with various departments to finalize projects.

Requirements

• Independently seeks out a strong knowledge of trends, target market demands, customer, brand objectives and design aesthetic
• Strong sketching/ CAD skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Procreate
• Familiarity & knowledge of garment construction, fabric and trims, wash and dye treatments and techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners
• Strong understanding of the Anthropologie target customer
