Technology Department Manager

We are looking for a Technology Department Manager to provide managerial oversight of the Technical Department within Journey. The role will involve working with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure effective delivery of department operations, managing a team, and contributing to the design of new processes and execution of existing ones. The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of experience in project and/or operational management, a strong understanding of the role technology plays in a creative organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Approximately 15 years demonstrable experience in project and/or operational management
• An acute understanding of the role technology plays in a creative organisation
• A strong track record and keen interest in administration and its impact
• Experience rolling our processes for more effective teams and departments
• Experience evaluating and strengthening team performance
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of a fast-paced environment and an ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Experience working with busy executive level leadership
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience overseeing a team
