Phlebotomist

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing. Must have excellent phlebotomy skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Collects specimens according to established procedures.
• Researches test/client information to confirm and verify all written and electronic orders.
• Performs departmental-related clerical duties such as data entry, inventory, and answering phones.
• Maintains all proper phlebotomy logs on time and based on frequency.
• Completes training courses and keeps up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques.
• Enhances communications by consistently displaying excellent customer service skills.
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
