The Director plays a key strategic role in advancing the College's APEX learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive professional experience in residence life or student affairs
• Demonstrated expertise in student development theory and practice
• Experience responding to and managing complex student incidents and crises
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in residence life
• Exceptional administrative acumen, including budget management and strategic planning
• Proficiency with housing management software and student information systems
