Director of the U-Imagine Center for Integrative and Entrepreneurial Studies

The Director of the U-Imagine Center for Integrative and Entrepreneurial Studies at Ursinus College is seeking a visionary leader to drive entrepreneurial thinking and action across the College’s Innovation Centers, co-curricular programs, and all academic departments. This role involves scaling entrepreneurship beyond the Center, building faculty capacity, and fostering partnerships with alumni and external organizations to expand the College's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Director will also oversee student leadership initiatives, strategic resource allocation, and curriculum integration.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of entrepreneurial experience and a successful track record.
• Strong functional background in operations, marketing, finance, accounting, legal, sales, and technical aspects.
• Knowledge of small business and entrepreneurial finance, operations, and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with employers, alumni, and external organizations.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• One year of college-level teaching or equivalent preferred.
