Help desk technician with Identity management

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician with Identity Management experience to update accounts on the Active Directory domain. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of IAM, OIT Project Manager, and IAM team to provide excellent customer service and basic troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• Experience with Active Directory, CA Service Desk, and Google
• Basic troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
