Inside Salesperson (Equipment Re-rental)

USM ReRents is seeking an Inside Salesperson to establish new customer relationships and further develop existing partnerships. The role involves responding to inquiries from construction equipment rental companies, growing monthly rental revenue, and maintaining sales records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• 2+ years’ verifiable inside sales experience with equipment
• Previous work with aerial work platforms, telehandler forklifts, and/or general rental equipment (preferred)
• Proven abilities to manage difficult customer situations and meet/exceed commitments and customer’s expectations
• Effective ability to balance individual & team interests and commit to group goals and objectives
• Proven skills at setting & achieving challenging goals and demonstrating persistence
• Experience working in MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and in CRM software
