Construction Coordinator

As a Construction Coordinator, you will assist in working with internal customers to usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, managing project schedules, communicating goals, and ensuring projects progress and meet deadlines. You will have a demonstrated passion for project management, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for client management.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of industry experience with experience in MxU process flow from contract to construction completion
• Experience working with customers/clients and setting expectations appropriately
• Experience in measuring and improving productivity, and scaling initiatives
• Project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and think quickly
• Deadline and detail oriented
