Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our users. This involves working with internal teams, analyzing existing and potential content, creating and maintaining information standards, and producing user knowledge base articles, FAQs, online help, and user guides.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in technical writing of desktop support documentation (2 to 5 years)
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including O365 and SharePoint)
- Customer-oriented person
