Requirements
- Recruits and interviews physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Actively seeks and utilizes partnerships with residency programs and academic institutions
- Advertises job opportunities and participates in job fairs or events
- Makes recommendations on how to market jobs
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews
- Review applications and contact qualified candidates
- Perform additional duties as assigned
