Aviation/Aerospace Specialist - AOG

Ascent Global Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Aviation/Aerospace Specialist - AOG to operate in critical supply chain and logistics processes related to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of aviation logistics, particularly in the rapid response and handling of time-sensitive parts, materials, and services essential to minimizing aircraft downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation logistics, supply chain management, or AOG operations.
• Proven track record of managing AOG logistics in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Experience working with global suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft parts, and maintenance operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to address urgent AOG situations.
