- Coach and support managers on leadership and team dynamics, creating environments where people do their best work and are their best selves - overall building a high-performance environment.
- Take ownership of talent cycles including goal setting, growth and development conversations, improvement conversations and succession planning.
- Compliant with labor laws — with an equal balance on people-first as well as organizational compliances.
- Drive initiatives that make our culture thrive — from engagement and learning to feedback and recognition, including but not restricted to running surveys, meetings, workshops and reviews to measure pulse.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, spot trends and fuel organizational effectiveness with focused short-term actionables and planned long-term initiatives
- Partner with various teams to evolve programs in areas like C&B (career frameworks, job evaluations, pay benchmarks, etc), DE&I, L&D, OD topics.
- Willing to jump into hiring topics as & when needed, supporting the TA Teams, ensuring every candidate journey reflects the way we care about our own people.
- Manage vendor/ partners on HR Tools linked to the specific area of HRBPs, driving for improvement in the existing solutions or proactively working towards finding better and more sustainable solutions for a dynamic environment.
- Ensure managers/ leaders in your area of responsibility comply with local and organizational policies, processes and guidelines
- Audit existing policies, processes & guidelines and implement change where required
- Conduct regular internal audits within the HRBP Scope to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base and documentation of areas relevant to the HRBP Scope, including but not limited to organizational pages (Confluence) and repositories
- Ensure proactive, correct and timely documentation of people-related topics, processes and initiatives
- Lead and/ or coordinate/ participate in relevant HR projects
- Collaborate with teams/ members to design, implement and monitor HR initiatives.
- Perform as a team-player and demonstrate ownership in the area of HR as a part of a dynamic team
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation and market best practices to enhance HR departmental efficiency
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for Management, Senior Leadership, etc.
