Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our global HR Operations team. In this role, you will manage and maintain HR data integrity, oversee payroll and compliance specifically for our German operations, and act as the primary HR contact for employees in Germany.
Requirements
- Contribute to the global HR Operations team by ensuring high performance, clear communication, and adherence to SLAs while supporting efficient and accurate data management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current HR Ops practices and suggesting process enhancements based on market best practices.
- Maintain employee records and process data updates; generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Direct Responsible for German payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Ensure HR processes comply with German employment/labor law.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes and recommend necessary updates to keep operations compliant, both locally and across other hubs where applicable.
- Participate in (and/ or lead in some specific cases) and coordinate HR projects (e.g., evaluation of new tools/ systems, system upgrades, migration, process improvements, policy rollouts).
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation and market best practices to enhance HR operations efficiency.
- Support in creating and/or monitoring HR metrics and KPIs, and prepare regular or ad-hoc reports for management and senior leadership.
