We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to employees across remote/global locations, manage productivity and security tools, and contribute to the maintenance and support of our global internal IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support
- Experience in providing support on modern SaaS Cloud tools such as Google Workspace
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast growing international environment or studies in a similar field
- Good experience in supporting MacOS and Windows
- Good listening skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Understanding of SLAs and ensuring ticket closures within defined SLAs.
- Excellent sense of service and your always positive spirit
- Very organized and can manage priorities
