• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development
• 2+ years of experience with Service Cloud
• Good working knowledge with programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript (including modern JavaScript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP,.NET, SQL
• Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase and database structures and modeling
