Network security engineers---------Need GC AND USC

Network security engineers are needed to work with the Service Request Fulfillment team to design and implement standard service requests tied to the delivery of infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have experience with proxy and malware designs, ITIL Change/Incident Management, and Auto Configurations/Access request.

Requirements

• Monitor incoming Service Request Fulfillment queue and analyze customer's business & technical needs
• Collaborate with internal/external client teams on core design requirements/standards and impact assessment
• Create, peer review, and implement proxy/malware designs based on service requests
• Perform design validation testing and pre-work in non-production environments
• Communicate status and progress to customers via client's systems of record
• Identify solutions, design plans, and prepare required documents
• Adhere to client's processes, such as representing change in Change Committee meetings & Design Review sessions
