Requirements
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned project
- Manage the PMO deliverables and provide weekly status report to the management
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements and Manage project budget
- Participate in the design and/or testing phases
- Develop full scale project plans
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Responsible for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance
- Quality assurance
- Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations
- Organizes and conducts project team meetings
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Responsible for Issue/Risk Management and mitigation expertise
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
